University authorities are set to hold another meeting with representatives of student organizations on Monday. Meanwhile, questions are being raised about the slogans of 'Azad Kashmir' written on the university walls. Earlier, similar slogans were allegedly raised at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), sparking a controversy. Yesterday, BJP’s state president Dilip Ghosh commented on Jadavpur University, saying, "Jadavpur will always remain a haven for Maoists." He further claimed, "There is no political presence inside the campus. Some old members remain, but the new students who enter are assaulted. The same happened in Delhi, but today they lack the courage to do anything." Dilip Ghosh also added, "They showed in JNU how to silence anti-nationals."
